Suite à une rénovation de salle de bain en mars dont nous sommes absolument ravis, nous n'avons pas hésité une seule seconde à contacter Chauffe et eau quand notre chauffe eau nous à lâché. Appel le lundi matin première heure,message laissé sur le répondeur...recontactée par la secrétaire en moins de 10 minutes, visite du patron dans l'après-midi et chauffe eau changé le jeudi. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise qui fait du bon boulot, est facilement joignable , est très réactive et adapte son emploi du temps pour venir au secours de ses clients en cas d'urgence. Merci!

Following a bathroom renovation in March, which we were absolutely delighted with, we didn't hesitate for a second to contact Chauffe et eau when our water heater broke down. Called first thing Monday morning, left a message on the answering machine... contacted back by the secretary in less than 10 minutes, the boss visited in the afternoon, and the water heater was replaced on Thursday.
